Perth Hand Delivery & Shipping

Dear customers, Forever Rose hand delivers any products for free within 20kms of East Victoria Park, no courier companies (Auspost, DHL etc) used for this purpose. Due to this we cannot provide a tracking number to see the status of your order when it's on the way. However we will keep in contact through mobile so that you're up to date with your order status. Delivery window is from 9am-5pm with certain residential areas until 6pm.

Delivery out of the radius for free delivery will include a $20 Standard delivery/shipping rate, standard shipping which may take 3 business days. Please allow 1-2 business day for us to dispatch your item after placing your order.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Forever Rose is not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to use it.

If the recipient is not at the delivery location to sign for and receive the flowers, our team will leave the flowers at front in cover and safe. 'Forever Rose' is not liable or responsible for deliveries which are redirected by the recipient to another location or even rescheduled to another day.
